Story
Foundation
Rota Yapı & Engineering was founded in Istanbul. We completed the mechanical installation of our first project, a 3,000 m² commercial building.
First Mega Project
We undertook our first large-scale project in the residential sector. 25,000 m² area, 4 blocks, a total of 320 apartments.
Electrical Installation Department
We established our electrical installation department in addition to mechanical installation, acquiring our "Electromechanical Contracting" identity.
ISO Certification
We received our ISO 9001 Quality Management System certificate. We strengthened our corporate structure.
Expansion to Commercial Projects
We entered shopping mall, hotel, and hospital projects. We made a name for ourselves in the sector with the Demirören Istiklal project.
50+ Expert Staff
Our team exceeded 50 people. We established our BMS and automation department and turned to smart building solutions.
Marina and Industrial Projects
We entered the marina segment with the MarinTürk Marina project. Industrial facility projects were also added to our portfolio.
ISO 14001 & 45001
We reinforced our sustainable growth strategy by obtaining Environment and Occupational Safety management system certificates.
36+ Completed Projects
Our number of completed projects reached 36. We successfully delivered the Sinpaş Marina Ankara mega project.
Digital Transformation
We are preparing for the future with the transition to BIM (Building Information Modeling) technology, digital project management, and IoT integrations.
